Doctordle Unlimited is the keep-playing side of the daily game - you may also see it called Endless mode, the name it launched under. The homepage gives you one case per day; Unlimited hands you the next case as soon as the previous one closes, with no daily limit. It is built for the stretch of an evening, a commute, or a study block where one round is not enough.
The page offers two ways to keep going. Unlimited Mode is the relaxed queue: case after case, no streak pressure, quiet stats. Challenge Mode keeps score of your survival - every solve extends a streak, and one miss resets it. Both modes pull from the full mixed case bank, so the queue never crosses into a single specialty unless you switch to one of the specialty editions.
